Wine Could Make You Live Longer,Science Says

Study found that drinking one glass of wine at night or in moderation could improve your heath and make you live longer according to American College of Cardiology

The study was focused between alcohol consumption and the risk of mortality of all causes, cancer and cardiovascular disease in adults.

The research was conducted between 1997 to 2009 with 333,247 participants ages 18yrs. old above with their detailed wine consumption.

The study classified as "light drinker"for those who drink wine not more that three drinks a week, "moderate drinker 'with three to 14 drinks per week and "heavy drinker"those who consumed more than 14 drinks per week.

The research found out that heavy drinkers are more likely to die than those who drink light and moderately. Around 34,754 participants died from all causes and 67 percent more at risk from dying of cancer.

With these studies, it was concluded that drinking is actually healthy as long as you keep it in moderation. Of course while alcohol consumption, smoking and diet have large impacts in overall health. Proper diet, exercise, no smoking and including moderate drinking alcohol will surely help you live longer than those who do not.
