Moms-To-Be Are Now Using Their Sonograms To Create One-Of-A-Kind Nail Art

For other women and moms, pregnancy is one of the hardest challenges in their lives. Carrying a baby or babies in their womb is definitely not easy. Many physical changes come and not all of these changes are comfortable to take. Though these tough times occur, some pregnant women are just unstoppable from showing the world their journeys. Proud and happy soon to be mommas!

Now that technologies have evolved so much plus the influence of social media, pregnancy is not just an ordinary day for some moms-to-be nowadays, but it is indeed a special event that needs to be celebrated throughout the entire journey. From exciting and adorable pregnancy announcements to customized and filmed edited labor, these are just few of the extravagant celebrations pf pregnancy. How exciting it must be! Years way back, pregnancy isn’t that extraordinary. Some women before just usually tell that they are expecting a baby and that’s just it. But now, pregnancy is one of the most awaited celebration for some women.

Another unique way of profoundly announcing or celebrating their pregnancy is through Nail Art. Yes, Nail Art! Just like these Instagram posts from women who uniquely showed their Sonogram images of their little ones through their artistic manicures or Nail Art. One of the latest trends nowadays for moms-to-be is the Sonogram Manicure. Some women are using this trend to uniquely show their pregnancy through putting images of their babies in the womb on their nails. Cool, isn’t it?

Though some women do this because they are so excited with their pregnancy, some women also do this because they just sadly lost their little angel and they want to be reminded and to be inspired by the images of their lost angels through nail art. Just like this post from an Instagram user.
“This manicure has been long time coming,” she wrote.
“After three years and numerous fertility treatments, my hubby and I finally conceived in April. On May 30, my heart was broken when I found out my baby was no longer living and growing, and he was taken from me the next day.”
“I lost all inspiration as I struggled with the grief. I learned how to love him and his brief life and move forward with the renewed hope. I love you jelly bean, and seeing you on my nails makes me smile.”

Putting images of their babies through Nail Art or manicure is really a unique way of showing their love and excitement. It is also possible that it can ease the discomfort and anxieties that pregnant women have been going through. At least, they have the time to enjoy their pregnancy moments instead of minding the discomfort they are currently experiencing. Whatever ways moms-to-be or other women do, as long as they are happy and fine, there is nothing wrong with it. Everyone deserves to be happy and they always have the right to be proud of their own journey.
Shout out to all women and to all moms-to-be!
